Introduction
Learning the skills required to effectively manage the exam revision process can help students to reduce anxiety by providing some sense of control over this challenging experience while also improving time management ability, confidence, and motivation to succeed.
Consequently, this course will guide students through the key steps of the exam process by evaluating practical examples of how to improve performance at each stage while helping them to manage debilitating stress. The six themes covered on this course are:
Gaining an awareness of the key steps in the examination process
Investigating challenges to self- and time allocation management
Analysing common errors made during the exam revision process
Exploring approaches to manage exam stress
Evaluating practical ways to improve performance during and following examinations

By the end of this course, students should be able to effectively manage all key stages of the examination process while limiting exposure to anxiety and stress.
