Introduction to

Project Planning

Learning how to develop project planning and assignment management skills

Introduction

One of the most essential skills required at international universities is an ability to analyse, plan, and manage assigned projects. This is particularly important in terms of graded coursework assignments such as essays, reports, and presentations.

Moreover, an inability to manage the process of project planning is the main reason why some students attempt to complete tasks at the last minute that typically results in disappointing grade underachievement.

Consequently, this course will guide students through the 8 steps of successful assignment planning and management by providing practical examples of how to complete each stage. The five themes covered on this course are:

  • Understanding the process of project planning and management

  • Evaluating the causes of project failures

  • Analysing the key project submission requirements

  • Learning the 8 steps in the process of successful project management

  • Focusing on proofreading, checking, and polishing the language before submission

The Course Aim

To develop an understanding of the key stages in the process of project planning and management
